What We Offer Our Students
Private Lessons
Samantha Dubois' Voice Academy offers weekly private voice lessons in Classical, Musical Theater, and Contemporary singing styles. During these lessons, students will learn the proper singing technique, how to develop a character, proper performance etiquette, basic music theory knowledge, and more. Students also have the option of learning how to sing in other languages such as Italian, German, and French.
Every private lesson is individualized and personalized for the student. The student will love their private lessons, as every lesson is filled with fun, passion, and positivity.
Performance Opportunity/Community Outreach
Like anything in life, practice make perfect. At this voice academy, we believe that in order for students to become a better performer, they need to perform often. We provide this opportunity by bringing students out into the community to expose the beauty of their music with the world, and create a loving, musical impact in our community. Student will have this opportunity to perform once a month in various areas of the community. We will reach out to elderly facilities, hospitals, community event organizers, and more, to sing in their facility or for their event. By doing this, we reaching our community to new ways, sharing our music, and also providing the students with multiple performance opportunities.
Final Recital Performance
At the end of every 14-week term, students are given the opportunity to participate in the Samantha Dubois' Voice Academy Studio Recital. This recital will allow the students to engage in a professional setting voice recital. Each student will dress semi-formally, work with an accompanist, and perform in an community-open final performance.
